Traditionally named for the time when the earth begins to soften and life stirs beneath the surface, the Worm Moon marks a transition—from stillness toward renewal.
Join us outdoors at HIER Life for a one-hour SonicHenge sound healing experience beneath the open sky. Surrounded by twelve aluminum chimes arranged in a circle, sound moves through open air, inviting grounding, gentle re-emergence, and deep embodied listening.
Slow, intentional chime sequences are paired with gentle breath and somatic awareness, supporting a natural loosening—physically, emotionally, and energetically—as the body responds in its own time.
This is an invitation into presence and subtle awakening, with no requirement to perform or strive.
