The Full Moon carries a quality of stillness and quiet presence.

Join us outdoors at HIER Life for a one-hour SonicHenge sound healing experience beneath the open sky. Surrounded by twelve aluminium chimes arranged in a circle, sound moves through open air, inviting the body into contact with something already whole — the moon, present and unmoving above the field.

Slow, intentional chime sequences are paired with gentle breath and somatic awareness, supporting the body’s own capacity to rest into presence — physically, emotionally, and energetically — as each person meets the field in their own way.

This is an invitation into presence and quiet communion, with no requirement to perform or strive.
