Join us outdoors at HIER Life for a one-hour SonicHenge sound healing experience beneath the open sky. Surrounded by twelve aluminum chimes arranged in a circle, sound moves through open air, inviting grounding, settling, and deep embodied listening.
Slow, intentional chime sequences are paired with gentle breath and somatic awareness, allowing attention to deepen and the body to soften naturally.
This is an invitation into presence, with no requirement to perform.
